J. Drew Diedrich graduated from Arizona State University in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree, in Business Administration.  After graduation Drew worked as a sales rep for Eli Lilly in California until 1993 when he joined his father, John, in the family business .  Then in 1998 he completed the insurance education program sponsored by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors receiving the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and in 2005 he received the  Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation.  In 2004 Drew became the family's third generation President.
