Steve graduated from the University of Oshkosh with a Degree in Business Administration.  He  joined the agency in July, 1995 with a focus on accounting and computer operations.  Working closely with Drew Diedrich, Steve began taking over more and more of the everyday operations of the agency.  In November, 2000, he was appointed Director of Operations and now oversees all four branches of The Diedrich Agency.  In 2004, Steve also joined the Board of Directors as Treasurer.
