Diedrich Agency is awarded for 'best practices' May 8, 2003-- Diedrich Agency Inc., Ripon, was recently honored by the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (IIAW) for achieving the Best Practices Certification. The certification is awarded following the completion of a comprehensive agency management course of study conducted at the association's headquarters in Madison. IIAW President Skip Hansen cited the group for its commitment to excellence in customer service and policyholder satisfaction at the association's annual awards breakfast in Green Bay on May 8, 2003. The Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin is the state's largest insurance professional trade association, representing more then 5,000 insurance professionals.
