Just as poor performance should be addressed and corrected, positive achievements should also be recognized. 

Being an owner of a small company I conduct a substantial amount of business with Diedrich Agency. Some transactions are conducted by mail, yet there are many instances were phone conversations or personal visits to the office are necessary. This is when I have the pleasure (yes, a true PLEASURE) to personally interact with your outstanding agents.  Both Sharon and Kathy are always very pleasant, extremely helpful and consistently professional. They are a true asset to your company and you should be proud to have them represent your agency. They will always remain the main reason to continue conducting all of my insurance business through Diedrich Agency.

 I had to check out those great on-line prices as advertised on T.V.  This is the first time in maybe 8-10 years that I compared prices for car insurance.  I just have to do that occasionally to make sure everyone at Diedrich is still working hard for me.

Thank your for making them look silly!

It would have taken a substantial savings for me to jump off the Diedrich ship.  I was hoping the savings wouldn’t be more then 10% with the on-line companies because I would have to consider moving.

 I was ecstatic when I found savings of at least 16%.  That is 16% in favor of Diedrich!!!!! 

For 22 years you have done an awesome job for the Shady Family.  Keep up the great work!

My overall experience with Diedrich insurance has definitely been positive. I managed to keep all my same coverage from my previous company and save over $40 monthly by switching.  The people at the Diedrich agency are very easy to deal with.
